Railway Coach Factory Apprentice Recruitment 2023

A formal announcement on the hiring of Act Apprentices for training under the 1961 Apprenticeship Act has been made by the Ministry of Railways. For a number of positions, online applications are being accepted from February 3 through February 5, 2023. Candidates that meet the requirements and are interested in applying can do so by going to the Rail Coach Factory’s website.

During this hiring drive, 550 open positions for trades like fitter and welder will be filled (G&E). Carpenter, machinist, general painter, and AC & ref electrician. Mechanics will all have openings. As of March 31, 2023, candidates must be at least 15 years old and not older than 24. They must also have completed the 10th grade or an equivalent exam (under the 10+2 examination system) from a recognised board with a minimum cumulative score of 50% and possess a National Trade Certificate from the National Council for Vocational Training in the notified trade.
